- Founded on 03-06-09 owned by three persons whose have specialties in Mechanical, Electronic and Information Technology (IT).
- One of the owner is registered under one of Engineering Association in Toronto - Canada, Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) and as an Active Member.
- This company has a Mission to bring state of the art technology into existing local resources in order to create high throughput and efficiency.

- Berdiri pada tanggal 03-06-09 terdiri dari tiga sekawan yang masing-masing memiliki keahlian di bidangnya antara lain mekanik, elektronik serta IT.
- Salah satu dari ketiganya berpartisipasi dalam suatu asosiasi yang berkedudukan di Toronto Kanada yakni Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).
